About Me
I am a Wedding and Event Planner located in Corinth, MS
My name is Tracy Dixon. I am the owner and lead event planner of Enchanted Events, located in Corinth, MS. I have lived in North Mississippi my entire life. While I do love to travel, I am quite proud of the roots and connections that I have here. My husband and I have been married for 20 years. We have 3(adult) sons, one daughter (10 going on 16), two daughters in law and one perfectly precious grandbaby. We live in Corinth with our daughter and two dogs. My family and I attend Church of the Crossroads where I serve on the Leadership Team and Special Events planning team.
I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years, mostly in Emergency, Trauma and Critical Care. High stress situations, organization of chaos, and handling strong personalities are second nature to me. In recent years, I have given up bedside nursing to pursue a career in the business side of medicine. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Organizational Leadership and am a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. I am also a Registered Event Planner with the Association of Bridal Consultants.
I have been organizing events since I was in high school, way back in the dark ages. I have planned and coordinated health fairs, large conferences, parties, and celebrations. I have also done weddings for family and friends who have now encouraged me to make it a career. In my spare time, I enjoy church, singing, reading, and am a full time Dance Mom to a competition dancer.
I want my clients to know that they are each special to me. I love connecting and communicating with them. Our time together is limited, but they are all prayed over every single day. The best parts of my day are when they send me pictures or ideas that they are excited about, and I can get excited and celebrate with them.
I do wedding and event planning and management because I love putting all of the pieces together to make a vision come to life. There is so much joy in that moment when you step back and look at the finished product, just before the party starts. And weddings are my favorite because I love seeing the joy on the face of the bride when her dreams come true, knowing that I played a small part in making that happen. It is such a beautiful thing.
